Your Player Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the s888 live platform. Continued use of any part of the s888 live service constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and any future amendments to it.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active s888 live account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or through a third party — is a material breach of this Agreement. s888 live uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s888 live will close all except the original account, void any bonus funds, and may void winnings generated through the duplicate account.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your s888 live account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid email address, and Pakistan mobile number. You must notify s888 live promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Account Currency

All s888 live accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. s888 live does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s888 live account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. s888 live will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

4.5 No Money Laundering

Depositing funds into s888 live for purposes other than genuine gameplay — including depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity — is prohibited. s888 live complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by s888 live are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are available on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute towards them are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The s888 live welcome bonus of up to 5,000,000 PKR is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Players who have previously held an s888 live account — under any name or email address — are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

s888 live reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players.

5.5 Promotion Amendments

s888 live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended or withdrawn, s888 live will provide reasonable advance notice where practical. Players who have already claimed and are actively completing wagering requirements on a bonus will not be retroactively affected by the withdrawal of that specific promotion.

6. Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

6.1 Game Rules

All games available on the s888 live platform are governed by the rules of the respective game and the rules of the relevant game provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

6.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the s888 live system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. s888 live is not responsible for bets placed in error — including incorrect amounts, selections, or markets. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming any wager.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, hardware failure, or network outage that affects a game or bet settlement, s888 live reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered PKR amount to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids the game round and all associated bets — including any bonus winnings generated during the affected round.

6.4 Sports Betting and PSL

All HBL Pakistan Super League and other sports betting markets at s888 live are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. In-play bets are subject to the data feed available to s888 live at the time of placement. s888 live is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds that affect live betting markets.

6.5 Cockfighting Arena

Cockfighting arena results at s888 live are determined by live match outcomes broadcast from the relevant arena. s888 live is not responsible for any arena-side incidents, match interruptions, or broadcast disruptions that occur outside of s888 live's technical control. In cases of match abandonment, s888 live's Cockfighting-specific settlement rules apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s888 live platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game, bet, or account function;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or generate winnings;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment instruments or false identity documents;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using s888 live for money laundering purposes;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions;
• Accessing the s888 live platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the s888 live platform — including but not limited to the s888 live brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional artwork, written content, software, and underlying code — is the property of s888 live or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s888 live platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any s888 live content without express written permission from s888 live.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the s888 live platform;
• interruptions to service caused by technical failures, network outages, scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• losses arising from events outside s888 live's reasonable control including acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in this Agreement limits s888 live's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your s888 live account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closing your account, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal verification procedures.

12.2 Closure by s888 live

s888 live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if: you breach any provision of this Agreement; s888 live suspects fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; you fail to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe; a regulatory or law enforcement authority requires account closure; or s888 live discontinues the platform or any part of it.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. s888 live will contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Any real-money PKR balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for a reasonable period as required by applicable regulations before any administrative fee or forfeiture policy applies.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the s888 live service, you must first contact s888 live's customer support team via the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction details. s888 live aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, s888 live will indicate the applicable escalation route in writing to the player. s888 live's decision on all game result disputes — where the decision is based on the verified system log of the game round — shall be final and binding.

14. Amendments to These Terms

s888 live reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor amendments such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the s888 live platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining PKR balance before the amendment's effective date. You will not be bound by the new terms in relation to bets placed before the effective date.
